Celebrating 6 Years!!

Can you believe it’s been six years? From our humble beginnings to the place we find ourselves today, each step of this journey has been guided by the unyielding dedication of our team, the steadfast support of our partners, the trust of our clients, and the love of our community. In these 6 years, our goals have remained the same: we are committed to advocating for fairness within our industry, fostering opportunities for marginalized talent, and amplifying the creative voices that often go unheard.

As we look ahead to the future, we do so with hope, excitement, and a renewed sense of purpose. Countless stories are waiting to be told, numerous hearts waiting to be touched, and we eagerly anticipate the adventures that the next six years will bring.

Together, let’s continue to create, inspire, and make a positive impact on the world around us. The best is yet to come!

The Inspiring Projects We’re Privileged to Be a Part Of

In the last six years, we’ve jumped into these remarkable projects that deeply connect with us. Each project reflects years of enduring passion and dedication and we’re so excited to be able to talk about them! We owe immense gratitude to the exceptional teams who welcomed us into their worlds. Here’s just a glimpse of the unforgettable projects we’ve had the privilege to contribute to:

Noah’s Belt is a fully CG-rendered film for which we had the honor of casting for performance capture. It was a joy to witness the utilization of PCap technology in mediums beyond video games.

Working on FC24 was such an exciting experience due to their innovative motion capture technology. They utilized their in-house HyperMotion V tech to enhance the realism of movement, which made the game truly stand out.

Chirulabs has brought to life a digital universe. Through their anime-style animation Azuki, they weave unique tales and adventures, blurring the boundaries between the physical and digital realms. We’re grateful to have contributed to the casting process for this project.

As dedicated proponents of diversity and inclusivity, teaming up with Lacy Redway, AM Darke, and EA Games for hair consultation on Sims 4 is truly significant to us. We’re thankful for these amazing teams, and we’re thrilled with the final results!

Katoa is a game with real-world impacts. By aiding nature within the game, players contribute to the betterment of our planet. It’s a project unlike any we’ve tackled before, and we’re deeply honored to be part of it.

These were projects we’ve been keeping under wraps for years. Our passion for video games runs deep, and we’re thrilled to contribute to these immersive worlds. Have you had the chance to experience any of them?

Our success isn’t measured by the number of credits we have, but by the relationships we’ve forged, the lives we’ve touched and the impact we’ve had on the world. We’ve achieved more than we thought possible thanks to our friends, family, clients, and partners.

GameSoundCon was a blast! Chip and Julia chaired the Dialogue and Performance Track and organized a networking event for actors. It’s always great catching up with our audio engineering and game development friends!

We’re happy to have more chances for face-to-face connections in our classes. Even though online classes are still an option, there’s something special about meeting in person that adds to our learning experience.

Teaming up with Voice Over Camp, we organized another exhilarating year of VO Gone Wild in Idyllwild, CA. It was heartwarming to witness everyone come together at this camp-style retreat for voice actors, engaging in classes, panels, and networking dinners.

We adore gathering with everyone for our holiday ugly sweater event! These are the moments where we can take a break from work and simply enjoy each other’s company, and they’re moments we truly treasure.

VO Atlanta was an absolute blast! It was so much fun connecting with everyone and introducing them to our adorable mascot, “Mic-E”. A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and hung out with us!

As we celebrate another year of growth, we’re reminded of the wisdom gained through experience. With each lesson learned and feedback received, we’re committed to championing fairness in our industry, amplifying underrepresented perspectives, and crafting more impactful stories.

Looking forward to another wonderful year with you!

Community Spotlight – Hunter McCoy

Hunter McCoy (they/he) is a non-binary actor based in Los Angeles! They were born in Manassas, Virginia, and moved around a bunch as a kid, but for the most part grew up in Cary, North Carolina. Their parents called it that they'd be a performer, having put them in community plays at 4 years old, but Hunter didn't bite right away. As a lifelong gamer, they started high school thinking they were on their way to being a concept artist or a programmer.
